Spanish, but I can only understand the "Ladies and Gentlemen" (Damas y Caballeros) part and the odd few words jumping out at me!

lol thats not latin... latin is the root of the romance langauges (spanish, french, italian) >.> and it means move it, ladies and gents, i pass light, yesterday i was poor, this is the world >.> i tried my best, I am not familiar with puerto rican spanish

well, it's not latin, or spanish (at least not very good spanish). it's like a rap song, that they are not really speaking english, but rap? they are 'rapping', but in spanish. it says:
move it. ladies and gentelmen. it passes by slowly, yesterday i was poor. this is the world.
