I'd have gone for chocolate
BUT (always up for a challenge)
(1) to reduce wind resistance - I've always wanted to reduce wind resistance and not have to shave
(2) to insulate me from the cold - not having your warm loving has left me cold and so I need some insulation - and it is environmentally friendly too
(3) so that sonographers can see my insides easily without having to put their lubricant gel on me - it's important in case something goes wrong inside
(4) because petroleum jelly doesn't stink as much as the whale blubber my eskimo girlfriend used to use
(5) because I'd use any excuse to feel the gentle touch of your hands (albeit you'd probably be using gloves cos of the icky sticky feel of the petroleum jelly - see how desperate I am?)

1) its cleaner than mud, and feels nice and mushy
2) You will get some attention from the neighbors if you go outside
