about 2 years ago my sister gave me blone highlights... i thought there were fine but then a friend said the back looked wierd :/ and she hadnt gone down properly :( Welllllll two years on i want to get it done again.. I have a problem with going out at the moment (i am getting councelling) so i cant get it doen professionaly. Anyway are there any good sites to show you how to do blond highlights for guys??? By the way I mean highlights like charlie simpson from busted :) so the root is black and the rest is blonde. Anyway i have meduim length hair *the fringe is just over my eyes) So would it look okay to go rightdown to the back of my hair??? thanks muchly for any help :) from adam knoxy :)

So are you saying you want roots? I would actually suggest going to Wal Mart and buying a frosting kit. Follow the insteuctions on the back. If you hair grows fairly quickly, I would reccomend going ahead and doing it to the roots. It won't take too long for it to grow out, and its something easy you can do at home that doesn't cost you a bundle. If you need more tips or want other ideas, please feel free to e-mail me or IM me. I agree with the previous answerer. Buy a frosting kit, and follow the directions. That, and join the Yahoo! group "bleachedhairguys"

Honestly, I've had my mom do it, and it never looks as good as a stylist. Take a Xanax, get an appointment, go to a professional. You'll love it.

they make them sissy, girlish
i wish you would stop doing highlights on your hair!
