Ok, since the drama continues, I went against the advice of everyone and called my boyfriend last night. He was in the middle of playing some stupid computer game, and he got mad because I called, and then proceeded to tell me that I always call at a bad time. I got off the phone with him because he was being a jerk, and about 10 minutes later, he calls back and apologizes for what he said, but continues to make negative comments towards me. What's the best way to handle this? I've tried telling him how I feel, but he doesn't seem to listen.

Tell him that you don't like the way he treats you, because really, he takes you for granted and he knows it. He knows that in the end you will still love him, and that's why he pushes your button and treats you like crap.

Give him an ultimatum. If he doesn't change, say goodbye. It may be drastic, but it will work.

Ouch, yeah there are an awful lot of bad times for people to call or approach, and it always seems like the only time you are ever approached is when you're in the middle of something. He snapped as he was probably in a bad mood to begin with, and then after things calmed down in his mood he called back because he probably said stuff he didn't mean when you first called. Simple reaction to something unexpected. But not knowing what he was argueing about or complaining about....doesn't leave me much of an opinion on why he's doing so continuously. So in short, I think it's just all of the moods.........as in women get in bad moods if you bug them while they're grouchy.......etc.etc.........same goes for all humans.

I think what you need to do is show him that you are a busy person who also has things to do. If he doesn't listen maybe you should give him a taste of his own medicine, so whenever he calls you should just say to him call back later, Im busy and see how he reacts. He probably wont like it but at least that way he will begin to realise hopefully how you feel!

He sounds like such a wonderful guy, I do not think you could ever find anyone else with such compassion for your feelings. Whatever it takes you must not let this b/f get away from you because I'm sure he is in very high demand;-)

Get the mouse from his computer, let it hang out of your pants and tell him that he can get to the next level if he listens to what you have to say. Or wait till he grows up. The choice is yours.

maybe if you didn't call him for awhile and see if he calls you. and if he calls ,asking why you haven't called, just tell him you didn't want to bother him ,that you are intrested but everytime you call ,he gets upset because you have called while he is playing.sometimes you can't be at a man's becking call because then they start to take advantage of you.let him chase you for a change.and if that does not work, then he might not be the one for you.live alittle!

Sooner you learn that at times you are not so important as other engagements are to him, the better your relationship will be. That in case if you still wish to continue
