Very fast? The best solution is growth hormones, but very expensive. If not, it is best to be yourself. It is okay as long as we are healthy, even handicapped people can do extraordinary things. Just be yourself.
By the way tell you some jokes:

i hate to break this to you, but unless you're still growing, your height is set. there are no ways to make yourself taller or shorter. you either have the height, or you don't
