Probably Xanax(alprazolam) 2mg(milligram) "bars". Come in yellow and white tablets, long and narrow with four segments allowing for easy .5mg, 1mg or 2mg dosing. It is a benzodiazapine, which are sedatives and are controlled substances (most are Schedule IV in the U.S.). Have seen many that are of the description you gave and based on what your boyfriend tells you, this is most likely what they are. http://www.alprazolam.cc/images/anxiety-alpraozolam.jpg <---this is what the white ones look like generally and the yellow ones the same, just yellow.

Must be Celebrex. Against pain. Anti-inflammatory. Does he suffer from any pain? Back pain? Pain in the joints or something?Celebrex comes in white capsules, quite small and slender, with yellow bands.

If they are real small and he says that they make him relax they could be valium. They are tranquilzers and they relax you.
