Call the police make a trespassing complaint against him.
The the next time he comes around he will be arrested.
If he keeps coming around after that KICK HIS *SS!

contact the police and make a complaint of harassment (common known as stalking). all the police need to prove is that he has done two courses of conduct (2 separate occasions) which amount to harassment and he's nicked me olde china!!!!

Depends what you mean by get rid of him. If you mean kill him... Maybe. But I'd sure beat him up or call the local authorities. Police that is.
