can every1 tell me any kinda food to make ur bust bigger,i wud appreciate some help ....thankyou....and be serious about my question plz

Hey, when I got fat, a lot of the fat went to the breasts - they were lovely actually, but now that I've lost all that weight, I've lost my 2 "little sisters" too.

I was reading another question like that and they said Lima beans

You could try
(1) tofu - lots of phyto oestragens
(2) chicken or beef - lots of artificial steroids in them

Shania, if you look back on human size over the ages, bust sizes have increased. So too has average height.

your only hope is to go to a plastic surgeon and let them help you that way.
and no there's not anything like that.
that's the only way to make your breast bigger.
there's not any magic pill or foods that does it for you.
if you have 5000 dollars to make it happen then go for it.
but your better off going to the doc.

the only ways to do that is to
A. Work out
B. get sugary

Boobs suck.. it hurts to run and makes it so you can't do alot of things cuz of pain. enjoy not having big ones, believe me!

Gaining weight would probably do it but you gain all over.
