Thought Provoking Debate. Not sure how to work that into a Halloween display. Perhaps an Apocryphal Gospel display?

That they're wrong about everything. That's why they fear scientific truths and try to convert everyone else to their way of thinking.
The fear of scientific truths which contradict their beliefs and the billions of people who don't share those beliefs are threats to their dogmatic faith.
It's just human nature. People of all belief systems behave this way, including scientists.
Here's a good costume idea: dress up as Giordano Bruno, the renaissance philosopher who believed that the stars were other suns which might have their own planets, and that those planets might be home to other beings with souls. The Catholics burned him at the stake for this heresy. Unlike Galileo, who recanted under threat of torture by the Catholics, Bruno held his ground and died for his beliefs.
He turned out to be right and the Catholic Church officially established itself as a torturer and murderer. The Protestants then followed suit by hanging and burning "witches".
This is why a Girodano Bruno costume would terrify Christians. He represents everything that is tragically wrong with their beliefs.
UPDATE: See what I mean? In his response, "Praise Jesus" expressed a desire to make the killing of non-Christians legal. Great way to honor Christ, eh? Jesus must be proud of him. Giordano Bruno would make him run screaming.

Being thought of as one body of people instead of a vast array of believers. Christian is such a broad term, it covers so many sects that someone can be made fun of because someone else did not bother to see what that persons beliefs really are before they lump us all together. I do not share beliefs with many of the organized religions and therefore I suppose my religion would be Kellyism but I do believe in GOD and I do believe he sent his son to die for me. I do not think I have to go to a preist to get my thought across to GOD. I believe in a more direct line of communication.I do not believe any man is infallible so that blows the Pope out of my whole picture. Although I am sure he is a holy man. I mean no disrespect to Catholics. They have their faith and I have mine.

I am scared to raise children in such a anti-Christian environment. I am afraid for their spirtual well-being. If you want to make that into a Halloween costume, how about an over-the-counter Plan B abortifacient pill?

God disciplining us.
I don't think that is going to help your Halloween. The devil doesn't scare Christians. We have all authority over spiritual powers of wickedness in high places. Just need to read Eph. 6.

I think some of the answers so far are whack. Ghosts, witches, George Bush...thats nonsense. I can understand why some ppl have problems with christians but they are stereo-typing. Remember not all people are the same.
