Not sure, but in English you say "Absence makes the heart grow fonder."

Edit: I checked my trusty Petit Larousse, and didn't find that one, but I found its opposite: Loin des yeux, loin du coeur. You could always change it to: Loin des yeux, proche du coeur. (Far from your eyes, close to your heart.)

Careful with the expression below me, because "je t'aime plus" sounds a lot like "je ne t'aime plus" which means "I don't love you anymore". It's a good idea to say "je t'aime encore plus" just to be on the safe side!
