I think there is hardly any need to have matching inner wear because it makes no difference on ones out look but still it varies from person to person because some are too conscious about their wearings that they consider inner wears to match while the others would not.

That should be best for the outer appearance. A classic look is best.
I'm sure the knicker police won't assault you for color flaws as long as we can't see those blue undies underneath those white skirts or red bra under a beige top.
That's cheap and unattractive.

Damn right it does! What happens if you got knocked over by a car or something and you get taken to hospital?! Always make sure you wear matching undies!! :-)

Why? I guess try going to the Prescriptives counter at a department store. They have one of those "guns" that they can point and match skin tone.

That really depends if you're gonna take your clothes off for someone to see the innerwear or not. Also if your clothes are see through or not. If not, wear wutever you want.
