Because if you stop before he actually c*ms, then it's like reaching an orgasm and not quite finishing...it just feels better....have you ever had someone go down on you and not, um, finish you to the last drop? It's not quite as good if you leave them hanging. It's a much more intense feeling for them. Plus, the idea that you are willing to swallow is more of a turn on for them. I believe men are motivated by a powerful subconscious instinct.

Because it's part of the whole pleasure of experiencing a BJ. Let him finish well. I swallow. But you don't have to do it if you don't want to. However maybe you'll let him orgasm on your face or body instead; That's always interesting and fun.
Personally I don't like spitting (in any situation - it's gross) but especially when giving oral to my man. I think it's derogatory (rude and insulting) to spit it out in front of him after he comes. Just my opinion.
