I have a long time into photography and mostly birds and wildlife photo.
I've tried all the brands and details on the market and someone told me one day about this CD cleaning tissues...
Is all I've been using for about 3 years now... is effective, cheap and very easy to carry...
I recommend you the Stony Computer and CD Cleaning Tissues, because if it works wonderful on my lens that daily get dusty and muddy, imagine how well may it work on yours!!!
That's a nice camera... my favorite Nikon d200... all the secret is about using the right lens for all different tasks...
Have fun out there!!!

Go to Ritz Camera or your local camera shop and ask for lens paper. It's not expensive -- maybe a couple of dollars for a packet of at least two dozen sheets. The best way to clean a lens is to fog it up by breathing on it, then wiping it with the lens paper. If it has spots you can't get out, you can also get lens cleaning solution at Ritz or your local camera shop. Again, use the lens paper to wipe the lens clean. Don't use Windex or glass cleaner on them -- they can ruin lenses.

This site has good directions for a thorough cleaning of your camera:

Also, the items described including the bulb blower, the microfiber cloth and the sable brush can often be purchased together as a cleaning kit from camera supply stores.

A lens cleaning solution and a cleaning tissue. You can find these at any camera store, probably even a K-Mart, or WalMart.
