Not all religions talk about god. The ones who do usually associate certain qualities with God(s), often including some idea of love. the actions taken by God(s0 in religious texts, and what they ask of their follwers, also imply certain things about these deities. So, what do you think the different beliefs in god are, and what do they imply about love?

I think that this is a legitimate question that all should ask themselves, because there should be no seperation of your belief in god and love. Yet so many religions dictate to us the examples of what love is as well as what the defintion of god is.
I think that peoples believes should not be limited to a mainstream definition, this only implys a contradicition of what god is and diminishes the symbiotic relationship of love and god.
Only when we categorize god in a belief definition do we truly miss the meaning. God is a personal relationship within in yourself meant only to be worshipped with the fullest content of your heart (love)

The different beliefs in god and what they imply about love are sometimes related because if you belive in God Almighty you have to have a little love to do it.

some views are rich in love and mercy
God commands people to LOVE GOD, LOVE NEIGHBORS, LOVE MERCY, in the Old Testament
In the New Testament this is carried through as well and salvation is a response to recieving a LOVE OF TRUTH in Thessalonians and ever to LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR in the gospels
People who LOVE GOD are promised all things work for their good and also that they are blessed to a thousand generations
salvation is when
1. you have the facts of the gospel
2. you believe the facts
3. you love treeasure and lean on the facts of the gospels and are changed as a result
(demons can do 1 and 2 but cant do 3)

there are tons of different beliefs God is love but there is also romantic love
