I am offended by a question.. The question was why do all women lie? Well the question can go both ways men lie too...

Your right both men and women lie - its a part of nature - Im not sure why your offended by the question though - Im sure you couldnt say that you have never lied about anything - that in itself would be a lie.

I too have been offended by ignorant questions like that.
ie: why do all sales men lie?
why are all american cars boring ?
why can't women drive ?
(I 'hang out' alot in the "Cars & Transportation" category)
It used to upset me, & used to get mad & answer in defense but now I just "consider the source"
The people asking Q's like that are venting some sort of hostility & really dont require (or deserve) an answer.
I now just ignore those stupid Q's ....Its not worthy of your time, & I can definatly earn my 2 points elsewhere, without getting myself in a bad mood......more often than not answering elsewhere in a positive question gets you 10 more points & a nice "thank You" note from the Asker..
Thats better than answering a stupid negative question .
To cheer yourself up after reading a stupid Q or A :
try going to the "jokes & Riddles" (sub-category of 'Entertainment' category) section & read some Q & A there !!!
Usually works for me !!! LOL :)

I don't give a d*mn who you are, guy or gal, everyone lies!!! Anyone who says "I don't lie" is lying. I wouldn't be offended by the question though. It's partially true. The other part is all men lie too. Whether they are huge lies that hurt others or little white lies that don't, lies are lies and we all do it!

You really can't put the blame on one sex, but probably a man was wanting to know why the opposite sex lies. Of course that question can't really be answered specifically. Both sexes lie for various reasons--if any one wants to know why, find someone (of the opposite sex) and ask 'em why they lied to you or someone else.

Men sure do lie!
I think everyone lies at one point or another, so I guess we're all equal.
I think women end up feeling guiltier about it, so we eventually tell, but most guys don't. I speak from experience.

People often generalize. Its human nature. I'm offended by a lot of the questions asked here. If they are truly awful I report them.
