Sounds like your baby has a loser for a daddy.

If your baby's daddy paid his brother to take a DNA paternity test he looses. The DNA markers would show that there was a close relationship of the mother and father to the brother and hence to your baby's daddy. DNA testing has progressed greatly. If the DNA test showed that who you thought was the father isn't then most likely you have the wrong "daddy" as a suspect.

At this point if you do not have another "daddy" possibility I would simply move on and concentrate on raising your baby as best you can. Being distracted by trying to find the baby's "daddy" takes away from your responsibility to your baby. Give it all the love you can.

,First the courts order the blood work and someone comes out with the kit , camera, and finger print kit. You need to sign you signature and it is sent in. If you are in question who is taking the test alert your lawyer that you might suspect this and ask to see the picture with the blood work. They get alot of proof of identity when going through this processes and it is done all at the same time to ensure the right person is giving the blood.
Your lawyer will provide you the proof you need, it is you right and his. At least that is how it is where I live.

If he really got away with this, he is scum! He should have had to show id (the brother) to prove his identity. Who gave you the results? Maybe he lied about the results. Come to think of it, he is scum no matter how you look at it and you are being dumb for believing him if you do. If he doesn't want anything to do with the child, move on with your life and raise the child the best you can. I know it can be hard but it all works out - believe me.

This is awful! I'm so sorry. If you have the proof I would go see a lawyer because he's trying to get out of paying child support and this is totally disgusting!! Plus this is against the law and he'll be prosecueted like he should be!
Please don't take to heart what these people have said--they are just ignorant.

The results will then come back that he is a relative of the baby, but not the father.

What a bastard. If you can handle the child alone, then go for it.
Sever all contact with that idiot. He has no right to the baby whatsoever, and leave him out of your life. He's a loser who will make you miserable and he's not worth it. Please next time you find someone carry condoms and go on the pill, you don't want to put yourself into that situation ever again, not getting pregnant and not getting Aids. It's a lot easier to find a new love with only one child. I hope you find one. Don't lower yourself.
