The Kinsey Scale is a scale to rate a person's sexual orientation. The scale ranges from 1 to 6 where 1 is a completely heterosexual person, 6 is a completely homosexual person and 3 is a bisexual person with equal attraction to men and women. Kinsey believed that very few people were truly 1's, 3's or 6's and that most of the population was some value in between.
