Please don't fall for any "FAD" diet... seriously. Just be healthy, make it a lifestyle. It's easier than you think. One step at a time.
Here you go.....
1) Eat well... meaning, no soda, fast food and/or processed foods
2) Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day, not juice... WATER, pure, not carbonated... just plain boring WATER
3) Limit sugars (including alcohol)
4) Move more... walk, get off the couch or computer.
5) Eat fresh foods, like things that actually came from the ground or a tree.
I am a 37yo female, 5'2 and 115 and I don't have to fight it. I just live the above.

I tried it I lost 5 lbs during phase 1 and I was working out really hard. Much more than I normally do. I really missed meat so I kinda fell off one weekend and never fell back on.

in the morning u should eat something like brown bread or a bran based cereal, lunch should consist of brown bread with some sort of salad, dinner should be either chicken, or fish, u should also try eating potatoes (with the skins on), veg, and salad, keep it light and not too much, inbetween meals u should try eating those cereal bars and stuff like that. hope it helps.
