I noticed the points but when someone answered my question with "2 points for me" I am now curious.

Heh. I'm in it for the points, as a cure for boredom, and to get that warm and fuzzy feeling when you help someone.

Oh, and if the person's answer was only "2 points for me", then that's a reportable offense.

I'm not in it for the points. I don't care about them (although now that they've built up to as close to level 4 as they have I'm starting to watch them now).

Some people do crossword puzzles because they find them entertaining or enjoyable. I find trying to think up the best answers I can come up with enjoyable in the same kind of way - only without the restrictions of having to fit the words in a certain amount of spaces and to a few letters that are already there.

This is kind of a low-level "creative freedom" with the possibility of its also being useful to someone.
