Skip lunch today. Apply half the calories you would have eaten to an afternoon treat or a bigger dinner. Give some of the money you would have spent on lunch to someone who needs it more.

Go to Winn-DixeToday they offer a "Salisbury Steak Lunch for $4.49 all meals include a fresh baked roll and choice of two hots or cold sides.
Tomorrow they have "Rotisserie Chicken Salad Croissand Sandwich or Tuna Salad Sandwich" for $4.49 this sandwich also includes all sides

I would go with whatever stirkes your fancy. Me personally, I am in the mood for teajueana flats and a grande chimichanga, wet with stake. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM stake aaaaaaaagggggggggghhhhhhhhhh( drool here)
