It's not about fairness. It's about meaningfulness. My personal opinion is that sex should occur after marriage. It is like saying "I am for you only"

uh it kina depends on what you mean, like if two ppl are engaged it might be ok, or if two ppl truly love eachother, if it is just souly to have sex then no it isnt , but if the two ppl can do it with no regrets then thats their decision and nobody else's
