Yes I do believe they were and Eve was bone of Adam's bones and flesh of his flesh and nothing is more close than that, so we are all brothers and sisters.
Seth was born when his dad was age 130 years old, there could be 58 other children, and Abel had been killed, only one couple had to pair, then take it from there, but there could have been 60 more children born to just Adam and Eve. Many strangers.
There was no danger in deformity as they were to near perfect even after sin, and still in the life sustaining earth, so incest as we know it did not exist then, had no law.
The flood came 1656 years after Eden and the life sustaining earth was lost, Shem the son of Noah died at age 600, Abraham age 175 died 25 years later 2183 after Adam and 1883 before Christ. After the flood is different than before, the life span decreased and the more it decreases, the more 4th and 5th and 6th cousin is safer.
2515 years after Eden, 1551 before Christ in Leviticus 18:7-18; the first close relations in marriage law was passed. When the law of the land is given, the law is to be kept.

Adam & Eve was the first Humans that had a soul, there was a prehistoric time when then was cave man, but they did not have a soul & they were not sons of God. Gen. 1:28 God told Adam & Eve to REPLINISH the earth , REPLINISH means to fill it up AGAIN.

We're all connected anyway, we were all made by the same God, we all breathe the same air, we're all made from the same atoms and molecules, etc. etc.. But the story of Adam and Eve may, or may not, be taken literally. It's best understood as a theology lesson than a science lesson.

Yes they were
And yes we are all related to eachother.
I wish every body comes to this point and stop hating others and stop violating others rights.
In a family all of us are related but one likes macaroni the other rice , one takes university the other becomes mechanic , one wears jeans the other dress pants and no body hate each other for those differences , why do we hate other nations or religions for those differences then ?
think peace and act peace.

All fairy tales. I don't believe much of anything from the Bible.
You believe in a book that has talking animals, wizards, witches, demons, sticks turning into snakes, food falling from the sky, people walking on water, and all sorts of magical, absurd and primitive stories, and you say that we are the ones that need help?
