that some people actually took my "why did god put braille on drive-thru atm mashines" so seriously that they thought that I think that ATM mashines magicaly appear?am I the idiot or those people?(rhethorical question for those who know what rhethorical means...lol)

Not so rhetorical if we think you are the idiot. The question, "Can Anyone believe?" has nothing to do with ATM machines. Nor does it reflect any poor attitude that becomes apparent with your addition.
