I know this person that has a SERIOUS drinking problem and she also huffs Nytros- Oxide on a regular bases..I mean spending 80 -100 dollars a day on the stuff.. she drives drunk and huffs while driving also..I'm really worried and dunno what to do :o(

Nope... But if you think it is endangering their life or if they are acting nuts because of it, you can have them baker acted with the signed witness of two people and the presence of a police officer.

only if she is a danger to soceity,and then it would have to be husband or parents.if someone tries to hurt them self,then you can take them to the e.r. and they can help her. for someone to huff nytros-oxide and drives drunk.then maybe you should call the police and let them know because she could hurt someone else or even hurt her self maybe even death.my suggestion would be let someone else know,that might could help her.your friend might be mad at you when this happens but in the end she would thankyou!

If you have spoken to your friend and have had no sucess. I suggest speaking to one of her family members. Perhaps her physician.
