I am 21 years old. I graduated from high school 1 year ago (I know it took me a while) But I did it and I graduated an honour student. I have a full time job thats okay, and I get paid $10.00 an hour which isnt much. The housing I live in bases the rent on income, so when i get a raise, i barely see it, and for the amount I make here, my rent is too high. I only make enough to get by day by day, and my man has the same problem, we cant save up enough to move out of my moms basement! I am so frustrated! I mean only a year out of school, should I already be suffering like this? I mean, I work 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, and I am always starving because I can barely afford food! Has anyone else had to start their life like this?

First you said your rent was too high then you said you and your man can't afford to move out of your moms basement. WTF?

Whats really funny is a 20 year old graduating high school. Apparantly you are over paid.

You said you are 21 years old. One third of your life is already behind you. Life is what you live today, while planning for tomorrow!

Stop whining, work two jobs, forget the man for now, eat mac and cheese, and go to some kind of school or training. If you don't, you are going to be 41 years old, then 61 years old, still whining, and suddenly wake up to realize your life has already been lived!
