Many infectious disases can be passed by kissing. It depends on type of kissing of course. Kissing can pass bacterias, viruses especially when you use your tongue... ;) But Generally it's not as dangerous as sex, which can pass more disases and more dangerous ones.

if their mouth or lips look off, in any way do not kiss them. You can also get Mono from kissing. My advice: carry altoids with you at all times. Not a bad idea to offer one to the other person either.

you don't know. thats why YOU should have a nice fresh mouth and brush your teeth and so should your partner. its so fun when you are clean. it can be awful when a mouth tastes for example like an ash tray. use listerine too!
