I tried some sauce an African lady made me at her house. I don't know what is in it but it is the hottest thing I ever tasted. All she said was it's peppers in oil. I can only stick the tip of my fork in it, mix it in all the food and that's it.

The HOTTEST is one I found,Imported from Jamaica called "Screeming Jamaican hot sauce'.It has a picture of a Rastifarian on the bottle complete with dred-locks and fire coming out of his mouth man.It is made from the Scotch bonnet pepper.That sucker burned ALL THE WAY THROUGH ME!.

the hottest is Moe's their hot sauce is HOT.and los Pablo's has a hot salsa..and los Reyes has some hot hot sauce i can't eat it ..

its called Pure Cap, ingredients, veg. oil & capsaisin. comes with eye dropper, i love hot food, with 1-2 is enough for your entire meal..it's way hotter than dave's i've have both..
