the yahoo answers says I can ask 19 more questions today but I have no clue what to ask...well since this is the religion section let's ask something that will get people discussing....ok to all ppl who say god is all-loving and all that nice lil sappy stuff could you tell me where hell and the devil fit in there?and if there is a hell and a devil why would the devil do gods work in torturing humans?the devil is against god!!
This is probably just too plain logical for fundamental christians to answer....

Once, even Satan was an angel. Then, his name was Lucifer. Unfortunately, he became jealous of God and His Glory, and Lucifer wanted to be just as good--and maybe even better-than God. About 1/3 of the angels of heaven joined with him. So, since God won't allow unrighteous jealously around Him, God threw them into Hell, a place made for Satan and the angels who choose to follow him. There, they suffer their punishment and separation from God. But because there was now a rival of God who was evil, that rival of course now would try to deceive God's people. So, because of mankind's choice to succumb to temptation, they are also thrown into the place called hell as their punishment from sin. But God doesn't want people to go to hell, so He created a way to Heaven--Jesus Christ.

God rules over Satan too, he lets him do what he does because we live in such a sinful culture, there are many poeple that need to come into a relationship with Jesus if they dont they will never see the kingdom of God

therefor if we were forced to live or be a certain way we would never no the joy of being free.

the devil hates God. he wants to destroy humans because we are Gods creation.and yes hell is real and so is the devil. to find out more profe read revilations in the bible.
