Do however much you can get done. If your boss says you're not doing enough, show him how much you have been getting done, and tell him you can't do anymore. He needs to make it someone else's problem or hire a new person.

Prepare your resume and look for a new job elsewhere. Also, take a couple of days off in a row so your boss will have to pick up the slack and will experience for herself just how overwhelmingly busy you are.

Start looking for better job opportunities, in the meantime, let him know that you can't go on like you are without help. Give him a couple weeks to find some help. By then, you should have some other job prospects, if he hasn't done anything to remedy the situation.

you need to go to your boss and tell them that your not coping with your work load. if they were any decent boss, that valued you as a employee, they would take some of the work off of you and pass it onto some else. they don't want good staff to go on sick leave due to stress. stand up for yourself, cause no-one else will! good luck!

I GOT 3 DIFFERENT OPTIONS:
I really dunno but maybe while around ur boss show him/her that u ar struggling. Or maybe just confront him and say like "Heyy boss, I could use another person working with me cause this job is very stressful" Or you could just do nothing about it and things would eventully work themselves out.

Not too busy to post here I see.

It's like that all over, that's why it's called "work".

why don't you sit down with your boss and tell him/her about your situation? maybe they don't relize how overwhelm you are and that you need help.
