Unfortunately one of several million scams out there!
Maybe we should all get together and print a book of interesting attempts at a scam.
I have received several brilliant examples over the past couple of years.

Report this scam to yahoo, so they can investigate where the emails are coming from. Hopefully they can catch these idiots and arrest them. And I hope their cell mate likes fresh meat; if you know what I mean.

It's a scam! Do not reply or do anything with it. Do not touch it!!! If you have anything to do with it you will pay in the end.

I would say this is fake.
It just sounds fishy and who would use a yahoo
email address for a profession.

Snif, snif.... it smells Nigerian.
Still, it can't hurt to send an email to inquire about the relationship between you and this mysterious dead millionaire ;-)
