Blow in the bag, Seal it and then burst it with the contents in, infront of her face! She won't do that again in a hurry.

OH ICK! Yeah, that's disturbing and gross, but it seems that many, many people aren't aware of the things that they do like this. I'm dead serious. If you were to stop, look her in the eyes and say, "Are you aware that you just sneezed in your hand and then stuck your hand in my bag of Doritos?" I would venture to guess that she would probably deny sneezing in her hand. BECAUSE SHE PROBABLY DOES IT ALL THE TIME, and nobody has had the courtesy to point it out to her.

By the way, don't order French fries in a restaurant where you can't see the food being made. I can guarantee you that many of the servers are slipping a fry or two in their own mouths. When I waited tables I did not do this because I think a customer should get all they are paying for and IT'S GROSS! But seems to be accepted by most people for some reason.

Also watch how frequent your server buses plates and brings your plate of food. Did he/she have time to wash their hands?

My point is that there are way more people who are slobs like that than us persnickety sticklers who don't want to eat chips with another person's snot on them.

Your options are:

Asking, "Are you aware that you just sneezed in your hand and then stuck your hand in my bag of Doritos?" (you will be considered a dick)

Throwing the bag in the garbage in front of her. (You will be considered a dick.)

Handing her the bag and being considered a dick.

Calling her a filthy pig and being considered a dick.

Basically you're in a crappy place and your best bet is to tell this "lady" that you were offended by her ignorance to health issues. Hopefully she was just absent-minded for that moment and she doesn't live like that.

Good luck.

Peace.

Give her the bag of Doritos (minus the bean dip). When you do, make certain you let her know you don't appreciate what she did. It was unsanitary and rude.

Would suggest you go one step further. The next time you're eating something like that (either in the lunchroom or at your desk) make certain the bag isn't readily available to others. If it's at your desk, place it as far away as possible from others (put it in a drawer if necessary and only open it when you're ready to get a chip for yourself). If it's in the lunchroom, put the bag on your lap. People don't normally go to the extreme of taking something that belongs to you if you make it more difficult for them to reach it...and if they try, you have time to move the food or deflect their arm.

Don't be afraid to speak up and let people know how you feel. That's your right! If they don't like it, tough...at least you won't be bothered by them anymore.

Anyone who is old enough to get a job should have learned a few manners by now. Tell her she was nasty and rude and she can finish the bag of chips but in the future she should practice some manners

Offer the rest of the bag of Dorito's to her. If she will not take them, throw them out. Let this person know that it was wrong of her to have reached in to your food with contaminated hands and that she should ask you first in the future before she partakes of your food. How big a bag was this? You might consider charging her if it was a huge bag.

Give it to her, she can eat her own snot...
I would have just asked her to wash her hands & maybe ask first next time, handed her the bag & closed up the bean dip & walked away.

Give her the bag of Doritos for one, and then tell her you would appreciate it if she would bring her own food if she wants to snack at work. Tell her you have been taught proper hygiene, and do not like others touching your food, as they may not wash their hands when needed. Or just tell her you have issues with anyone touching your food.

That's just plain disrespectful. I guess if she dipped her hand right into your food, you two must have a close relationship. If that's the case, tell her to not do it again and warn her that it's disgusting and unthoughtful.
