there's this guy who liked me in high school and at that time I was into someone else. now that i've seen him with a girlfriend i feel jealous and realized maybe i loved him. any good advice on what to do? should i at least tell him how i feel? but i really have no intentions of ruining their relationship. i just wanna know if i should at least tell him that i like him too?

You sound not sure about your feelings. You claim maybe I loved him. That is not love. You are second guessing your feelings about him. The only thing you should do is keep quite until this present relationship is over. Jealous feelings are very dangerous, for everyone. You could end up being the cause of the break up which could in return cause this man not to bother with you. If you truly have strong feelings, why not have a male friend say something. But you should not speak a word. That way no blame will come to you.

You basically are now having feelings for him because he has taken his attention somewhere else; its a common emotion.
I personally think you should not tell him how you feel. There is no reason why you should jeopardize what he has with his new girlfriend; especially, since your new feelings about him started when he started dating someone else. You had your chance.

I think u should tell him how u feel. Even if he doesn't feel the same anymore he deserve to know. But if u tell him who knows he may feel the same and this can lead to a wonder full thing.
