eat a lot of pizza (like a whole one by yourself, each meal) and don't exercise for a month.

Banana milkshakes 3 times a day. Double cheeseburgers (including beefsteak tomato slices and fresh lettuce, pickles, mustard) with fries for lunch and dinner. Pancakes with loads of syrup and real butter for breakfast. All of this should be homemade with fresh ingredients. I weighed 67 pounds when I was 20. I needed to gain at least 30 pounds. This is the weight gain diet that my doctor put me on (because I like all of this and would not refuse to eat it). I gained 30 pounds in 6 weeks doing this.

What kind of weight do you want to gain? If it's just fat weight then eat salty foods before bedtime and daily just watch t.v. and become a couch potato.. If that doesn't work you can buy the product at the pharmacy called Weight Gain. Oh some Pharmacy's want you to have a referal from your doctor to buy that product!

Add a high protein drink along with your regular meals. Or check on those weight gain products at GNC or vitamin stores near you. But before you do, check with your doctor to determine the safest way to gain weight.

Let nature take it's course. Men put on two pounds per year from their twenties until they hit their sixties then they lose a pound a year for the remainder of their lives.

Eat right and lift weights to get strong but just let nature take its course.

Why do you want to gain weight while others are dying to loose them?

Simple, eat high colesterol food before sleep, no exercise, you will get fat soon.

However, if you are talking about healthy weight, do body building, big muscle also big weight, unless you are stupid enough to be a fatty with lots of sickness.

You don't give a lots of info,how tall are you,how old and how much do you weight?
To gain weight you can try to eat:
Pasta,Bread,potatoes,Red meat this are all good source for try to gain weight fast.

eat only foods that taste good. eat plenty of chips, fried foods, pizza, fast food and ice cream. this isnt very healthy so try to throw in some pasta with a high fat alfredo sauce also eat salads but try adding fattening dressings like ranch or ceaser and top off with croutons, cheese and bacon bits.
