Why does the emule isn't starting to download?

It is connected and the files are in the transfer list.Please help me.

Do you have a LowID? If you are behind a router, you need to forward ports:

eMule, eMule Plus, eDonkey2000/Overnet
Values are found in Preferences -> Connection. Defaults are TCP 4662 & UDP 4672.
