1000mg Vitamin B-12, taken in lozenges that you suck on, as B-12 is destroyed in stomach acids, you want to absorb the vitamin through the membranes in your mouth. Lots of fluids, at least 2 liters of water. Tylenol every four hours.

All a hangover is is dehydration. Drink lots of water. It may take some time for your body to catch up. In the future, always drink water if you're drinking alcohol and drink a couple glasses of water before going to bed too. Never ever take Tylenol within 24 hours of drinking alcohol. The combination is toxic for your liver. Hope this helps. I personally just don't drink.

The obvious answer is "Don't drink"; however, when you get home after a night of drinking, drink a large glass of water and take a couple of Advil or something similar and I think you will find you will wake up with a much clearer head. Hope it works.

First drink as much water as possable, the water will hydrate your blood vessels that are causing your headache. Try to eat something, soft or hard boiled eggs are good and soft white bread. You will feel better when you poop also. If you can, bed rest is good, if you can't try an energy drink like red bull, rockstar may also help. Good luck, feel better

don't take pain killers because they compound the effect of the alcohol and can do serious damage to your liver. What works really well is to drink some broth. Take a bulion cube and boil it, then drink it like tea. Your body needs the minerals and electrolytes. I usually drink it before I go to bed the night before too, it really helps reduce any hangover you might have.

Throw-up, dampen your face with a facecloth to cool off, tea or coffee, then sweet dreams off to bed. Oh, don't forget to drink lots of water cause you're gonna feel pretty thirsty from dehydration of the alcohol. Nighty night!

Eat some high-carb food (if you can manage), like pancakes. Drink strong black tea. If you feel dehydrated, drink gatorade.

If you're just dying, then drink a little bit of beer or wine. This is not recommended, but it does work.
