well, that cat seemed to be persan. but there is another cat breed that looks alike, but has blue eyes that is called angora swimming cat, because it's the only cat that jumps into the water to catch fish.

A Himilayan or a persian--The both can have long white hair but one of them has a pushed in face. :)
