Where does this take place at?

Men produce testosterone, this tends to make many of them more aggressive than women.
Women are raised from childhood to be attentive to the emotions, they are encouraged to recognize and deal with them, while men are raised that crying is for sissies, that hurt feelings need to be ignored. Sad, but that is the truth.

I wouldn't necessarily say that women are so emotionally stable. But I think the testosterone has something to do with it.

Emotionally stable, evidently you haven't come across PMS or Menopause. :) However; we do not produce the chest puffing testosterone and that makes a difference.

Because women are prorammed to have children and to continue our life on the Earth. The have to be able to overcome a lot of difficulties to protect their own and their children's life. We are psyhological and to some extend physically more statble than men.
