does neone know the proceess of making potato chips in india?
its distribution policy

same in india as elsewhere, though the best indian chips I found were in Pondicherry, guess they learnt how to cook from the French.

grow & harvest your potato (select statchy, not waxy variety)
peel it
chop it lengthwise into 1cm square cross section.
fry in clean hot oil.
lift out & let oil get up to temp again & fry again
drain & serve
they can't really be distributed once cooked
