Did you ever stop to think that maybe that's what most people are interested in? And why shouldn't they be? There has been a huge increase in the suicide rates all over the world. Modern day living can leave people feeling very empty. The fastest car, the biggest house really doesn't do it for a lot of people after a while.
Like it or not, it's the way we are made. We need something that touches us inside, in the core of our being. If material wealth can do this for you then great! Accumulate! For most of us though, it doesn't hit the spot. Somebody said that if God didn't exist Man would have had to create Him. We NEED the deeper feeling. What amazes me are the people like yourself who express surprise at this. By what is YOUR deepest need being fed? Don't be smart about what makes people tick. Even belief in the God Ferarri is better than no belief at all.

More controversial. And somehow everyone has an opinion. Somtimes it is the question itself which is not a genuine question seeking honest answers but more to rile up people. Many of these are point blank statements with no facts to support them and so people feel the need to put down their opinion.

Well if you hadn't noticed in this portion of the site, there's a few critical thinkers, and the rest are religious zealots or those very deluded by their faith. The intolerance works in both directions though, and that makes perfect sense, as it's been an issue for centuries.

Issues that people feel strongly about. Thats why when i ask a question i always called it 'a question for christians...' but since most people who do this are often just bashing the theists i often get insulting replies even if my question wasn't offensive.

Honestly, I never noticed. I think some people like to express there opinion instead of giving answers to questions. It happens a lot. I'm sorry, but sometimes I am one of those people. I am pretty sure I have done the same thing to some of your questions. I apologize. :(

I don't really understand too...
I expected this international "religion & spiritual"-section to be much more open than that...
There are so many non-religious spiritual persons who could share something interesting in this section.
Few of them dare to ask questions in such a pro/anti christian environment.
What a pity...

All Christains want to convert the unsaved, and declare anything else sin full and off Satan
All scientist agnostics and atheist want to inform the narrow minded of their misunderstandings.

Man was made with a spiritual side and a desire to worship something more than himself.
We like to see how others worship and why they worship that way. It is interesting and we get to add what we worship and why.
