I am good at work, studies, sports.However, i dont have girlfreind. What should I do? Now being working, i dont have interactions with any girls too...

Are you waiting for the girls to come flocking to you because you're just so awesome? Be prepared to wait a while. Especially if you *are* good-looking. Never forget that girls, at least here in the U.S., have years and years of psychological conditioning to hate themselves, and most of them will fully expect you to pass them up in favor of someone else, so they won't even try to make the moves on you.
And just where do you work that you have *no* interaction with girls anymore? Are you working such long hours that you don't have time to go out anywhere afterward? Are you sequestered in some warehouse or back room where you don't get to even see anything female? You won't get a social life until you make it a priority (not even necessarily #1, but at least put it on your list!).

I totally agree with Kate S. Good qualities alone are all a women needs but they count for nothing when it comes to a guy meeting women. For a guy it just means things will go better for you once you have gone to the work of making a connection with someone.
I'm with you when you say you never come into contact with women. I have that job too. And there are not many single women into extreme sports or even not so extreme sports.
Now that I'm single again I can't think of one female in my working or playing circle of acquaintance that is a dating possibility.
No answer for you there. But as far as thinking your looks or good qualities are going to attract women. Not going to happen. Don't even expect any hints from them. You gotta treat meeting women as a part time job and just go to work.

First get some self-esteem about yourself.
Why rush into the frying pan and get burned?
Take your time in finding a girlfriend. The right gal will come along.
seems like you are beating yourself up some. What do you do with your spare time. When you are off work get out where the girls are. Start communicating with them, if your hanging out with jsut the guys youwont succeed. go for it man....

move with people who r energtic ..dynamuc etc
automatically u will aquire few qualities in no time
