Switzerland--Bern, in English usually spelt Berne.
Barista has an interesting sense of history--Berlin was the capital of Germany from when it became a country until 1945, and remained the capital of East Germany when Germany (and Berlin) was divided. Bonn was only the capital of West Germany while there was a West Germany. And yes, since reunification it's just Berlin.
