they have the worse billing system I know of. I did one of their 30 days free once. I canceled after 10 days and I was hounded by them for 3 months even after I faxed the letter back to them showing the cancel and the confirmation number on their letterhead.

next time they call talk to a supervisor and explain it to them.

have proof that you paid it! check stub transaction receict or even a record of them taking the money out of your checking account!
if you used money order then you have to find the stub and make copies...
if you use cash then your screwed! sorry!

and if they are still giving you a hard time log every time you call them to settle this and every time they call you note what was discussed and all that other BS.. it just holds up better for your case if any case that you are keeping a log it shows you care! so to speak!

I had one. I had proof they had two accounts on me when I had called in to change my payment source. It never went anywhere and I had to eat it. I will NEVER deal with them again, EVER.
