What place has stronger sun and what place has the prettier beach?

You will find a strong sun in both of them, maybe a bit stronger in PR. But if you're looking for pretty beaches... Miami's are just ok, while Puerto Rico has spectacular beaches. Isla Verde beach is fun, located in the main hotel area, nice clubs around, many restaurants nearby, a gay area, a young crowd.area, a family area... just follow the locals! Isla Verde of couse!
Check it out....
1st - No shark attacks like in Florida
2nd - Nice palm trees; unlike the Atlantic Florida coast
3rd - Bathers are fully clothed; unlike the half naked (or fully naked in some areas) crazy people you see in Miami
4th - Beautiful turquoise water; unlike the murky Florida sea
5th - Hot, tropical sun = hot tan; unlike the hot, plain hot FL sun that leaves your skin as red as a lobster

the two are heat and tropical, Puerto Rico being extra so because it rather is approx 600 farther south than Miami. yet Miami (South sea coast) is so plenty extra of a party sea coast than Isle Verde which has rather some families . on the turn area Miami is extra decrease priced to get to and has extra decrease priced lodges on the sea coast

Isla Verde,been to both.The water is clearer . in P.R. most of all beaches are public. The sun is fantastic.*****
