Depends on the marketing stance I guess.

Take "Cloudy" Lemonade ,this evokes lemonade that is made in the traditional way wheras if you say cloudy beer it evokes beer that is bad quality ! so for beer "Opaque" is better marketing.

All to do with the image you want to portray I guess.

I would say cloudy because opaque means that no light can get through it, but light CAN get through the drink so its cloudy.

Also, i think, cloudy lemonade looks like a cloud in a bottle so...

opaque is better. A cloudy substance suggest that it is impure or dirty

It's all unclear to me!

Mind you, I think it depends upon how pretentious you want to be as to which term you would use!
