Sure, it has all that particulate fruit matter in it, so why not. If its homemade or something, perhaps you need to filter it through cheesecloth to get some out.

yes it can..the more cloudy the older it can be or the longer it sat with out being moved..that happens a lot to grapefruit juice

yes. most juices would be cloudy unless they have been fitered and refined. even then some like orange juice will still be cloudy.

Yes...if it's old or if it has any kind of pulp or fruit residue in it or it could also be the brand, is it a "top shelf" brand of the least expensive? If it's the least expensive on then their juicing process might not be as thorough as its competitors.

yes. take a trip down the chiller aisle in the supermarket. some juices are expensive because of this.
