Yep,personally i think we do.From my experience,when a guy stares at me,my first thought would be that there must be paint on my hair cos i was a art student you see.But if this guy like constantly keep staring at me from day in and day out,i would surely suspect that he has crush on me.

I used to stare a guys a lot. Mostly cause I was just spacing out. I wasn't even thinking about them. Don't embarrass yourself. Assume you're at square one (that is, she doesn't know you're alive). Take it from there.

I'd say if she stares at you constantly, you're either very very strange looking, or she likes you.
