Are you saying you have the woman's phone number and don't know what to do with it? If you haven't figured that part out, I'm not sure you're ready to be dating.
Are you saying you are wanting women here to give you their phone numbers? Nuh-uh.
Are you trying to figure out how to get a woman to give you her phone number? That's a matter of making pleasant but fairly light conversation for as long as she'll let you, and then ending the conversation by either pulling out your cell phone (or pencil and paper if you're not a cell user) and asking if you might be able to talk to her again sometime. And if she says no, let it be and try all this with some other woman.

Be polite, listen and be genuine. A woman can see a player coming from a mile away. Girls like flowers no matter what they say they like 'em and it makes them feel important to recieve them especially in front of friends. I would say buy some flowers go to the girl and present the flowers then ask her. I know if that happened to me I would say yes :)

Just call her up and ask... "Would you like to go out on a date with me?"...Don't try to use some dumb a** line. That is so annoying and it is a sure fire way for her to say H*ll no!!!!(eyes rolling)...Good Luck to you
