It is a difficult 1.
If he is a genuinely good guy, the straight approach might make him feel awkward about the relationship after he knows you have more than just friendly feelings, or as the others have said he might already feel the same way but be holding off just to preserve the friendship. Telling him your true feelings could make things go either way, from good to great or good to not so good.
Quite a lot of guys are just up for the sex almost any way they can get it. So, that might be a way of pushing things along. That can go either way too because there's always the regret factor afterward from either party! But under the right circumstances, there aren't many guys who can or would refuse a BJ. I don't know if that's the way you'd like to start or end your relationship, though.
I think the best way is to create a comfortable environment so that if all goes well neither of you have to stop short, and subtly hint to him your feelings so he understands and can act upon them or not. If he does, all well and good. If he chooses not to, you didn't put it all on a plate and nobody loses face. You can both go on like nothing ever happened and the friendship isn't damaged. Good luck!
Personally, I prefer to be told straight. I've been told by some friends this kind of thing and, before I was married, it sometimes lead to romance. Since I've been married I've been happy to hear it and it didn't affect the relationship I had/have with the friends. B well.

First off looks arent everything. I have dated girls who arent so good looking and had wonderful time. My latest was a stripper who i got out of jail and found out she was a crack w h o r e who forged $2000 worth of checks and yea she was beautiful on the outside the inside not so good.
Now to your problem I dont know why u dont look so good but anyway do whatever u need to to look as good as u can. A little makeup some sexy clothes, Paint your nails all this will make him notice. Complement him and make him feel good and flirt a
little too much and u look desperate. A litte touching can help too just rub his shoulders or touch his hand make him know u may want to be more than friends.

First of all you have to have more confidence in yourself, who says you dont look good? thats just you talking. if you like this guy you need to make in known. Find away to tell him nicely and sweetly, it could be through a hallmark card or how about yall go some were to eat and talk to him there. it sounds like to me you are already close to him as it is. Go do things to gether hanging out stuff like that

Do the way you are doing right now keep your self attached to him the more you are attached the more he will start the feeling for you and he will then himself ask you the thing that you want him to do with you and that is Kiss you and do sex with you.....
