I have an accqaintance that brags about never pinned in high school wrestling because he was so skinny. He said his opponents said it "was like wrestling a peice of sphaghetti". I was wondering how true that was.

The person in question claims to not be extremely athletic and later admitted this his "victories" were because his opponents conceded

Oh and the people he beat were allegedly members of his school's wrestling team.

hes full of it i mean sometimes skinny guys are wirery but its not because he was skinny. maybe he never wrestled anyone good or he was just good at getting off his back but just because your skinny doesnt mean your unpinnable

This can go either way. I personally dread wrestling a short person with a compact build. They seem to be hard to get moves. I think longer limbs are easier to get a lock on.
The biggest factor is the level of skill your opponent has.
Perhaps your friend was very good or the people he competed against were very bad.

With my first experiences being 'skinny' does not help very much 'cause you don't have the muscles but then I started doing karate and it helps 'cause you are 'skinny' but now you have abs, biceps, and quads and hamstrings so it makes your opponents think that you are week when they don't see this but then you kick but. So really it depends.

Well boniness means pointyness and it can be very painful if the other person comes in contact with an elbow or a hip.

in way yes and another way no.

Yes, because with him being so skinny and little bit of speed and agility, it makes very slippery and hard to grapple.

No, because if someone does catch him, and has good hold or lock on him, he won't be able to escape as easily with some one with more upper body strength or or power, unless he knows a good number of counters.

Yes especially if they wrap themselve around you like octopus. They can really restrict your movement while they lay and laugh at you as you try to figure out why you can't move both of your leg and only one of your arm while they control you with both arms.

It's easier to be fast when you're light. But, it's also easier to get lifted off the ground.

It's NOT harder, just another Body....with a smaller area to hold onto....BUT way Easier to lift and throw. Your job ...is to set them up...for that to happen.....

if he's skilled in avoidance/wrestling (or even some martial arts) maybe - otherwise you'd just crush him :-)
