.....is it true? Experts also say that when a person is thirsty, he or she should take black coffee or tea (without sugar) under fruit therapy. Can take fruit juice, coconut water etc..etc..! And, breakfast, lunch and also, dinner, only fruits...(it can be either banana, carrot, tomato, cucumber, mango, guava, dates, grapes, orange apple, coconut etc..etc..). Just tell me, is it worth followig this method to reduce the body mass index? Weight??

Yes, you will lose weight constantly. But think about it, after 61 days with only fruit, dont you think later when you eat the fat and protein from say meat, you would easily get fat! Speaking of protein, fruits dont have protein. And protein made up of your hair, nails, and the layer protecting your organs! Without it, well, you probably know what's gonna happen, right? And what about calcium, the substance that's made up the bones and teeth. Dont you think your teeth would decay without this elements? Anyway, there's more but isnt that enough for you not even want to think about the therapy?

I simply can't imagine that being a healthy way of living for very long.

Yes, you may lose the weight, but what then? Do you go right back to your same old eating habits? As soon as you start to eat normally you will immediately regain the weight. Not good for the long term. The best bet is to do it healthfully, slow and steady until you reach your goal and maintain it.

Humans are omnivores. You will destroy your metabolism and only lose some water weight.

Here's a great diet:

Avoid white foods! White flour, white bread, white rice, white sugar. Also avoid corn. Corn syrup, corn flakes, corn muffins, corn everything!

Use whole grains and eat meat, fruit, vegetables, and stuff like that. Only eat half of what you'd like to eat, though. And walk 30 minutes per day.,

I have heard of that, but you should definitly check with your doctor first if this method would work for you. Different people's bodies react to diets like these in different ways. You need to be careful because a fruit diet is very very rich in sugar something that could really throw your blood sugar out of whack.
